I’m Aisling, a certified Nutrition & Health coach helping women to heal and thrive through food and lifestyle support. If you’ve been dealing with symptoms such as brain fog, fatigue, unexplained weight gain, bloating and digestive issues, hormonal or blood sugar imbalances, or mood swings, then you’ve come to the right place. 

My work focuses on the healing power of food, using nourishment to help restore energy and balance in your body. I offer realistic, practical guidance rooted in nutrition, lifestyle and a whole-body approach to women’s health.

Alongside my client, we focus on the root causes of what's going on and work to find long-term, sustainable solutions that leave you feeling informed, supported, and empowered.

By prioritising nourishment, emphasising what we can add in to our diet and lifestyle, we avoid fads, restriction and overwhelm. It’s simply about finding what works for you and your body. I’m here to help you along the way with evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support.

my approach to working with clients

I don’t like to complicate things. I’ll:

  • meet you where you are

  • take a whole-body approach to your health - connecting the dots so that we can build the most effective plan for you

  • focus on enhancing your current diet and lifestyle, not completely overhauling it

  • avoid jumping into restriction and, where possible, avoid removing food from diet
