Scientific and medical research has traditionally focused on male subjects, with the findings often assumed to apply to women with only minor tweaks.

This male-centric approach has left important gaps in our understanding of women’s health and nutrition. This is not good enough.

We are not simply “small men”. We have distinct hormonal profiles, reproductive biology, and metabolic patterns and, therefore, have unique nutrition, health, and lifestyle requirements.
