An example of a package, such as The 3 Month Reset Package, includes a 90 minute introductory session, followed by 5× 1 hour-long sessions as well as weekly check-ins, personalised guides and a direct WhatsApp channel over the course of 12 weeks. I combine a holistic approach to women’s health with clear, practical, evidence-based guidance to suit you and your lifestyle. My goal is to connect the dots in order to find the root cause of your health issues, so we can create real, lasting change. My coaching approach means I do not tell you what to do, we decide together based on your health concerns and needs, and co-create an action plan with meals, recipes and lifestyle tools to leave you confident and ready to tackle anything. It’s very much a joint approach to ensure my clients feel informed and empowered.

Women who are looking to feel better and improve their health through a practical, whole-body, food-first approach. This could be work to improve energy, mood, PMS, Perimenopause symptoms, gut health & digestive issues, brain fog, weight management and more!

Absolutely not! We are not about ‘diets’, fads, or restricting over here. Similarly, I do not put clients on meal plans. Instead, I create action plans with my clients, providing guidance and recommendations on nourishing and nutritious meals, snacks and recipes based on your preferences and your health needs.

Pricing depends on the type and level of support you’re looking for - as I work with clients via standalone sessions, or often in a 3 or 6 month plan.
Following an initial conversation, I’ll suggest an approach based on what you’re looking for, explain what it includes, and share the cost clearly so you can decide if it’s a good fit.
